Excellent from first contact to delivery and after. I rang with no knowledge of the item I was interested in as was buying for my hubby, they were patient and understanding, took the time to explain all about the piano I wanted in detail and answer all my questions. I was able to pass all the info to my hubby after which there was no hesitation in buying from this company, you can tell that they care about the customer and are very passionate about their business. On delivery we were expecting to have to sort things out our selves but was delivered by Keysound personally not a delivery company, it was setup and my hubby was shown it working, and at no point did he feel rushed with the questions he wanted to ask. I rang Keysound a couple of weeks later to say how happy we were with the piano and how well we were treated by everyone we spoke to, I felt like I was taking to a friend, turned out to be the owner. Buying from you was the best experience ever and to see the joy on my hubby’s face when he plays is priceless, I’m glad I contacted you and was able to persuade my hubby it was the right thing to do as he is going deaf and does have arthritis in some fingers, but the beautiful electric piano we brought if perfect, he can hear it better than he thought he would, I haven’t heard him play like he is now for around 18 years. Thank you to Nigel, Chris and Steve for making this the most memorable experience. I would highly recommend Keysound to buy from whether a beginner or professional, it’s lovely to find so many people under one roof that care about the customer and clearly care about what they do (sell), thank you again A+++

We recently purchased a Casio Privia PX-870 from Keysound. Since we admitted to not knowing much about digital pianos, Steve offered to give us “The Lecture” (that’s what his slideshow presentation is called!) where he explained in simple terms how modern digital pianos work and the benefits of each feature, which I found fascinating. This allowed us to really understand what we were getting for our money with each make and model, allowing us to make a much more informed choice based on our requirements.

Steve’s patience and willingness to answer questions and demonstrate each model was very much appreciated. He clearly loves music and genuinely wants his customers to buy whatever is going to suit their needs, without ever trying to upsell to a more expensive model.

Just over a week later, Steve personally delivered and assembled the piano for no additional charge.

Keysound provided a good range of pianos, an impressive level of knowledge and expertise, and all-round outstanding service. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and would recommend Keysound to anyone looking to buy a piano, especially if you’d like to learn more about what you’re buying!
