How do I arrange a repair?
If your instrument was purchased from Keysound, simply contact us at 0116 2541053 or email sales@keysound.co.uk. We will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf. If your instrument is out of warranty, please still get in touch, and we will evaluate repair options—though we cannot guarantee every repair can be completed.
