How soon will I receive my new instrument?

Courier Delivery

Many keyboards qualify for free delivery, while other products display the relevant courier charge at checkout. If you place your order before 11am, we often deliver the very next day.
For large items, we offer flexible delivery options based on your location and service requirements. We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery day. Please note that doorstep assistance may be needed for very large items (such as grand pianos), and some self-assembly could be required.

If you live outside mainland UK or in the Highlands of Scotland, extra charges may apply. In this case, please call 0116 2541053 for an accurate delivery quote.

Out-of-Hours & Weekend Delivery

Can I have a delivery outside working hours or on weekends?
Yes! We offer a VIP service on most models. With our VIP service, you will receive the following benefits:

• Your piano will be delivered by our own expert staff (it's more than just a box to us).
• We'll arrange a time and date that suits you (including weekends).
• We'll unpack and assemble your piano in any ground-floor room of your choice.
• We'll inspect the piano and remove all unwanted packaging for recycling.
