10 Benefits of Buying a Piano from Keysound vs. Online

10 Benefits of Buying a Piano or Keyboard from Keysound vs. Online

  1. Expert Guidance: At Keysound, you'll receive personalized advice from knowledgeable and experienced staff who can help you find the perfect instrument based on your needs, skill level, and budget. Online retailers rarely offer this level of personalized service.
  2. Try Before You Buy: Keysound allows you to physically touch, play, and compare different pianos in their showroom before making a decision. This is crucial, as the feel and sound of a piano can vary greatly depending on the model. Online shopping lacks this crucial ability to test the instrument before purchase.
  3. VIP Delivery and Assembly (within 40 miles): Keysound offers hassle-free delivery and assembly within a 40-mile radius, eliminating the stress of transporting and setting up your new piano. Most online retailers don't offer such services, leaving you to manage these logistics yourself.
  4. Lifetime Support: Keysound provides ongoing support and product tuition throughout your piano ownership journey. This ensures you get the most out of your instrument and can address any questions or concerns that may arise. Online retailers typically offer limited or no post-purchase support.
  5. Compare Brands Side-by-Side: Keysound showcases a wide range of pianos from various brands under one roof, allowing you to compare features, sound quality, and playing experience directly. This is impossible when buying online, where you rely solely on descriptions and reviews.
  6. Peace of Mind: Buying from a reputable brick-and-mortar store like Keysound ensures a secure and trustworthy transaction. You can be confident in the product's quality and have a physical location to address any concerns, unlike online purchases where you might face challenges with returns or faulty products.
  7. Focus on Pianos and Keyboards: Keysound specializes solely in pianos and keyboards, meaning their staff is dedicated and knowledgeable about these instruments. This focused expertise translates to better advice and service compared to online retailers who may sell a wider range of products and have less specialized knowledge.
  8. Build Relationships: Building a relationship with the staff at Keysound can be beneficial in the long run. They can recommend future upgrades, accessories, or lessons, and you can trust their expertise based on your established rapport. This personal connection is absent when buying online.
  9. Support Local Businesses: By choosing Keysound, you support a local business contributing to your community's economic well-being. This can be a deciding factor for many consumers who value supporting local establishments.
  10. Instant Gratification: While waiting for online delivery might take days or weeks, purchasing from Keysound allows you to take your new piano home the same day, if in stock, eliminating the wait and letting you start enjoying your instrument immediately.

While online shopping offers convenience, the benefits of buying from Keysound outweigh these, especially for such a significant investment as a piano. The personalized service, expert guidance, and peace of mind offered by Keysound can make a world of difference in your piano-buying experience.

What does the Roland 10 year warranty include

Published on by Nigel Makepeace

The first thing that we wanted to know here at Keysound was if this guarantee included naturally wearing parts. Let's face it, a car warranty doesn't include brakes and tyres so why should Roland included key contacts for 10 years. Well virtually everything is included, even the key contacts and keys. That is the real faith that Roland have in the quality and reliability of their pianos. Treat your Roland with respect and it will last right through your child's musical education or your own for that matter. Just make sure that you don't water it instead of the flowers as that isn't covered!
