I telephoned the shop first and was encouraged to come in a have a try on the digital pianos they had in stock. I explained that I only had a small, limited budget.

When I came to the shop, the gentlemen were very courteous and I was shown two digital pianos and were told the pros and cons of both. I was not pressured into going over budget nor was I pressured into buying the dreaded added extras.
I will be going back to buy some added extras, when I have the funds.

It was a most pleasant experience, shopping for a digital piano in which I had a limited knowledge of. I can definitely recommend this company.

What an amazing experience! I have never been so happy to part with my money. The guidance and advice was second to none. Combine that with his expensive knowledge of all available piano models and passion for music was mind blowing. Both Steve and Nigel (at the shop) provided me with all the information I required when choosing a piano for the first time and explained the benefits of the different makes at different prices. The service was very friendly, with no hint of any pressure to make a quick decision. Chris and ……. (sorry forgotten his name) who delivered and piano, were also excellent in every respect and Chris (back at the shop a few days later) helped me with all sorts of queries regarding my experience of learning to play during the first few days of ownership - 'I am a complete beginner'. My only criticism is that I was not told (at the time of purchase) how to go about obtaining my guarantee documents. By chance I found a Casio registration slip in the packaging - but was told at the shop later that I needed to register the purchase on line.
