I bought from Keysound because they are fairly local and I have met Paul a few times before. However, from conversations before the order I expected there to be a few gismos extra as other dealers give. Custom set lists, extra songbook entries, new sound setups, style modes, OSIMO etc. Nothing yet!

I was looking for a piano / keyboard for my wife who was due to retire and she wanted to pick up playing again.
Like many people these days first check things out on the web.
We looked at a number of pianos but due to limited room space we decided on a keyboard.
Not only could she play piano but also use all the additional things available on the keyboard
We looked at a Yamaha, Casio and Korg.
After some discussion we contacted KEYSOUNDS and had a great discussion with a gentleman called Paul.
We discussed the reason for our call and what was behind our decision for a keyboard.
PAUL was very understanding, very helpful and explained about the differences between a Piano and Keyboard and what could be done on both.
Taking all this on board we decided on a KORG EK50 keyboard, stand and bench
PAUL stated he would phone me about delivery and final price, this was done within 10 minutes.
Key board ordered, payment made delivery arranged.
The packages arrived within two days, everything is set up and what fun and enjoyment. (With two additional music booklets)
